With more than three decades of global experience spanning wealth management, institutional equities and investment banking — including twelve years in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York — Nicholas has held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and Macquarie Group where he as advised corporates, asset managers and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
His work is defined by long-term partnership, considered judgement and disciplined portfolio construction, with a focus on capital preservation and the stewardship of wealth across generations.
Nicholas was recognised in the Barron's Top 150 Financial Advisors Australia in both 2024 and 2025.
In addition to his responsibilities at Ravellan, he serves as a Non-Executive Director of St Luke’s Care Foundation and chairs its Investment Committee. He is also a longstanding participant and committee member of The Smith Family Challenge which has raised $16 million to support the education of children in need.
