Brent began his career in 2001 through an international graduate program before joining the Private Wealth division of Goldman Sachs JBWere as an Analyst. In 2003, he co-founded MCG Wealth Management, building it into one of Australia’s most respected family-owned wealth management firms.

Throughout his career, Brent has maintained responsibility for long-term client relationships and portfolio management, advising families on investment strategy, capital preservation and sustainable long-term growth. His approach reflects a deep appreciation for the responsibilities of managing family capital and the importance of thoughtful intergenerational planning.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Economics from University of Sydney and brings a long-term, business-owner perspective to the leadership, governance and strategic direction of both the firm and the families it serves.

He is known for building enduring client relationships and advising families on the stewardship of wealth across generations.
